Snippets from around my yard today, Jan. 28th, 2009. The last 2 are of a crumby plastic wreath I can't bring myself to throw out, so I just left it on the steps all winter -- I liked these so much I posted both.

There once was a bump on a log
That wanted to start it's own blog.
Then it wrote -- so it's said --
About things no one read,
Such as rain drops and palm fronds and fog.
